terms
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
Production/studio time is fully refundable and/or transferable
with three or more complete business days notice. If you cancel
or re-schedule your appointment, and give us between two and
three business days, you will be charged 50% of the estimated
session fees. If you give us between one and two business days,
you will be charged 75% of the estimated session fees. If you
give us less than one business day, you will be charged the
full estimated session fees.
PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, certified check, money
orders, and of course cash welcome. Personal checks accepted
10 business days prior to session. Payments later than 30 days
will incur 1½% interest per month. A
$20 fee is incurred for “wire transfers” into our
bank account. A
$30 fee is incurred for “bounced checks.”
BILLING
There
is a one-hour minimum.
Rush
fees are optional (determined per job).
NY
sales tax of 8.625% is incurred on media (CDs, etc) billed in
our New York location.
CT
sales tax of 6% is incurred on media (CDs, etc) billed in our
Connecticut location.
Prices
subject to change if your project requirements change or if
we determine that we did not understand your project requirements
-- in either case, we will immediately discuss this with you
prior to continuing your project.
Our
equipment is subject to change without notice.
We
can not be held accountable for delays due to outside vendors,
i.e.: Federal Express, our broadband/internet host, and so forth.
VOICE
TALENT
Since voice-talent listed may be unavailable at the time you
prefer to schedule a recording session, we suggest you choose
alternate voice-talent and/or an alternate schedule. While most
voice-talent are thrilled to receive work, there is always a
remote chance that they do not show up for the recording session
or are too ill to record – in this rare instance, Edge
Studio will, with your permission, higher another voice-talent
or postpone the recording date and subsequently the job completion
date. Approximately 20% of the voice-talent listed in our voice-library
requires fees above our normal scale – should you choose
one, we will immediately inform you of the additional fees.
